IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING CLAIMS
- All forms must be posted to the office with original documentation. We cannot accept copies or emails of any documentation. Please retain photocopies of the documentation, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
- Marcus Hearn will however accept a copy of your certificate of insurance which must be returned with the form for all claims along with your travel tickets or booking invoices.
- Specific documents required are listed on the first page of the relevant form.
